We usually ship within one weekday of order receipt, with a few exceptions, i.e. we are on vacation or it's a holiday. All sales are final, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. (People will order jewelry, wear it for an event, then try to return it several days later.) We will exchange incorrect or broken items for an identical item, if one is available, once it is returned to us, but we rarely have to do this as we inspect each piece before shipping, and we pack them securely to avoid breakage during shipping.
